These Terms govern your access to and use of the tr-99ph online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at tr-99ph.net. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including registered players and visitors.

By registering an account with tr-99ph, you expressly acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and tr-99ph.

To be eligible to use tr-99ph, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Republic of the Philippines;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of tr-99ph, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded from tr-99ph or any affiliated platform;
• You are not suffering from a gambling addiction or have not been advised by a medical professional to refrain from gambling.

tr-99ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on tr-99ph. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. tr-99ph reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any winnings or bonuses associated with them.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your tr-99ph account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. tr-99ph may require documentary verification of any information provided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tr-99ph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify tr-99ph support immediately.

tr-99ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

tr-99ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be available subject to your issuing bank's policies.

All transactions on tr-99ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made in PHP.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. tr-99ph aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the platform's payment information section. tr-99ph reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are as specified on the tr-99ph platform at the time of the transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

tr-99ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. tr-99ph reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus funds or free spins not used within the stated validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• tr-99ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or collusion — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bonus terms, the decision of tr-99ph shall be final.

All games available on tr-99ph are provided by certified third-party game providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.

tr-99ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained dealers and are subject to the rules of the respective game as displayed on screen.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including but not limited to disconnection, server error, or game freeze — tr-99ph will endeavor to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for that round will be returned to the player's account. tr-99ph's decision in such matters is final.

Bets placed and accepted are final. tr-99ph does not accept requests to cancel or modify bets after they have been confirmed by the system.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tr-99ph and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, fraud, or manipulation of game outcomes;
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tr-99ph staff or other players;
• Opening multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Charging back or reversing any deposit made to your tr-99ph account.

tr-99ph reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

tr-99ph provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications reminding you of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

If you believe you may have a gambling problem, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool and to seek professional support. tr-99ph takes problem gambling seriously and will not attempt to reverse a self-exclusion request or market to self-excluded players.

All content on the tr-99ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of tr-99ph or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from tr-99ph;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Use any tr-99ph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without express written authorisation;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated means.

Any unauthorised use of tr-99ph intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by tr-99ph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tr-99ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the Platform;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms.

tr-99ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

tr-99ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms;
• tr-99ph is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a competent authority;
• tr-99ph reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account;
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in the Platform's dormant account policy;
• tr-99ph decides to discontinue the Platform or any part of it.

You may close your tr-99ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) provides the regulatory framework within which tr-99ph operates.

Any disputes arising between you and tr-99ph that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

tr-99ph's internal complaints process is the first point of resolution for all player disputes. Players are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance. tr-99ph will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

tr-99ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tr-99ph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the tr-99ph platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. tr-99ph recommends that you check this page each time you access the Platform to ensure you are aware of the current Terms.
